A TEENAGER who allegedly mooned at two workmen who were cleaning some guttering in a Street house and then threatened to slit their throats with a knife has been ordered to stand trial.Lewis Groves took exception to the complainants' van being parked nearby and was said to have subjected them to an onslaught of verbal abuse.Prosecutor Joanne Pearce told Somerset Magistrates the defendant was then said to have pulled down his trousers and mooned at them and then held up a knife and made a gesture...
